Driver Coaching

After each practice session and race, the performance of every driver under our awning is assessed by either Alex, Jim or another highly skilled and experienced team member. The strengths and weaknesses identified are then discussed with the driver and areas for improvement explained in a clear and enthusiastic way. S8 Racing are well known for young driver development both in terms of racing technique but also the ability to give high quality feedback as to the kart's performance to assist with mechanical set-up. For drivers in Junior and Senior classes a different approach is required to maximise each individual's performance, but in all cases S8 Racing pride ourselves on bringing the best out of each driver without detracting from any of the fun and excitement of go-karting.
