Minimax - Jordan Baines & Joe Faragher:
After two good heats Jordan started the final from grid 2. Unfortunately a coming together at turn one knocked him back to 7th place. After that Jordan put in a great drive back to almost take the win on the last lap and set the fastest lap by 4 tenths of a second but had to settle for a podium place. This gained him the runner up spot in the Trent valley winter series a good achievement, after three consistent months of very good driving. Joe had mixed fortunes during the day which ended with him finishing midpack. But overall Joe showed he had improved through the winter with a lot better pace and much improved race craft.
Senior Max - Sam Clegg, Aaron Dew, Jack France & Jashan Johal:
With all four drivers having disappointing heats by there own high standards. This gave way to some great drives in the final with Sam driving from grid 24 to 9th in the final. Jack and Aaron also improved highly on there starting grid and showed good pace. Unfortunately Jash was unable to finish the final with an engine problem.
